Behind the Scenes

"Behind the Scenes" reimagines the historic Depo Orionka as a Cinema and Interactive Museum Center. Rooted in dualism, the project merges passive film spectatorship with the active immersion of cinematic production, turning the site into a place where the "magic of movies" is both screened and deconstructed. Architecturally, the design preserves the raw industrial character of the original depot while inserting a cantilevered volume of unidirectional glass to create visual tension between past and future. Spatially, the northern sector focuses on education, the central zones offer engagement with film sets, and the southern sector serves as the social anchor with cinema halls.
