PŘIMDA: LANDSCAPE CONCEPT
Annotation
Přimda is a beautiful example of the border landscape of the Bohemian Forest.
The place is mainly shaped by the hilly terrain, the history of settlement, and specific post-war changes. This landscape is characterized by high natural value and, at the same time, limitations imposed by its rugged terrain. These conditions determine not only the ecological stability of the area, but also its potential for sustainable use. We have tried to conceive the project as a conceptual and long-term framework that strives for the cultivated accessibility and habitation of the landscape we visited. Our concept therefore seeks to find a balance between protecting the natural environment, capturing the symbolic values of the place, and sensitive development.
