The work focuses on an analysis of a selected area as a basis for a subsequent architectural design. The aim is to understand the spatial, historical, functional, and environmental context of the site and to identify its potentials and limitations. The analysis examines the relationship between the studied area and the broader urban structure, particularly its connection to the city center, public spaces, and key urban axes.
