BETWEEN GENERATIONS – A TOWN HOUSE

The proposed house is located in the historic part of the town of Sušice, on Americké armády Street, close to the main square. The design respects the scale and character of the surrounding buildings and combines urban use with three-generation living. On the ground floor, there is a small wine bar with an entrance from the main street. A side passage connects both sides of the house and leads to a separate entrance for residents, as well as to a flat for the oldest generation with an area of 53 m². Each apartment has its own staircase with a skylight, providing privacy and natural light. The upper floor contains a 4+kk apartment with an open living space and a view to the roof structure, while the top floor is an attic apartment 3+kk.
