URBAN PLANNING SOLUTION...

Our proposal reflects the current needs for affordable housing, both for students (dormitories) and for all age groups (row houses, apartment buildings, apartments within the stadium). I also added sports clubs and activities, both within the stadium itself and in the sports area opposite the stadiums. My goal was to connect Ladronka Park and Petřín Gardens for pedestrians and cyclists. I also added services and retail to the open spaces of the stadium, which are lacking on the hill. The design includes underground parking under the dormitories, stadium, and apartment buildings.
