The area under consideration is located in the developing part of Prague's Letňany, in a location with a gradually forming block structure and a clearly defined street network. The area is characterized by a combination of residential blocks, civic amenities and larger public areas, which together form the basis of the future urban district. the local center of the district. The proposed building is located inside the urban block, where it responds to the irregular shape of the plot. Its location allows for the creation of a semi-public courtyard, which serves as a quiet core of the block and at the same time mediates visual and pedestrian links towards the surrounding development.
