The apartment building on Bubenská Street responds to the surrounding block-style urban fabric through its height, massing, and articulated ground floor. The design is based on a clear division into a ground floor, main body, and a set-back upper floor, combining the typology of a traditional urban house with a contemporary architectural expression. The building includes 32 apartments (1+kk to 4+kk) and a three-level underground garage. The façade is unified by a regular rhythm of windows, loggias, and balconies, while the set-back floor provides terraces for the upper apartments.
