BŘEVNOV - MUNICIPAL RENTAL HOUSING

The municipal rental housing complex in Břevnov is located between Patočkova and Pod Královkou streets. The urban design of the design is based on the character of the surrounding development from the period of the First Republic. This is interpreted in the design as two rows of houses, between which a new street is being created. Since this is rental housing, the design was guided from the beginning by an effort to achieve the highest possible housing capacity. A total of 296 apartments are designed in eight apartment buildings, most of which are 1+kk apartments. There are two spaces on the ground floor of the houses intended for rent. Residents have access to a shared bicycle shed and laundry room, while the other parts of the building are used for non-residential purposes.
