Apartment housing - Nove Letnany

The proposed New Letňany residential complex is conceived as part of the development of a previously undeveloped area on the edge of the urban fabric—Prague Letňany. The design is based on a perimeter-block layout that defines a legible inner courtyard and shapes future public space. Emphasis is placed on clear operational organization, rational apartment layouts, and a complementary relationship between interior and exterior. The buildings’ ground floors support the creation of usable outdoor areas, pedestrian connections, and the gradual activation of the site. The material concept and structural system enable long-term sustainability, flexibility, and a timeless architectural expression.
