The proposed five-storey residential building offers simple and functional housing with an emphasis on well-lit apartments, barrier-free access, and the possibility of outdoor living through balconies provided for each unit. Ground-floor apartments feature front gardens that serve as a quiet place for relaxation and contact with greenery, while the green brick façade, external shading blinds, and underground parking contribute to comfortable and long-term sustainable living.
