House by the Dairy

The proposed residential building is located on Strakonická Street, on the banks of the Vltava River, in close proximity to Smíchov Railway Station. The building mass is articulated through terraced setbacks towards the riverfront, creating outdoor terraces with views of the Vltava River. The material concept combines exposed brickwork with light-colored plaster finishes, referencing the area’s original industrial character while giving the building a contemporary urban expression. The residential building comprises seven above-ground floors and features shared underground parking together with the neighboring buildings. Commercial spaces are located on the ground floor.
