Multifunctional Building – Ječná 1433
Annotation
The building is located on Ječná Street, next to the Štěpánská tram stop, in a densely built-up area of New Town. It has six above-ground floors and one underground parking level. A key urban design principle is maintaining a passage between adjacent buildings, creating a new pedestrian route connecting Ječná and Malá Štěpánská Streets and providing access to the inner courtyard. The ground floor contains a jazz bar, the second and third floors house a coworking space and two sports halls, and the upper floors accommodate residential units. The project aims to create a multifunctional urban building with complementary uses.
