(NOT)BLOCK

Annotation

Main idea of our project is connection between Letná and Holešovice through Bubny. Blocks near Letná are closed and blocks near Holešovice are more open to its surroundings. Main concept is central park "from metro to metro". In our project we are designing school, city hall and library. Buildings recspect street lines, react to park and offer interesting sight throug loaction. City hall is the most dominat building and it has an opening to show CpdB. Opposite to city hall there is an office building with tower on its corner. Next to main square are schools. Two buildings connected in one which create a "island for children".
