Municipal rental housing is located at the corner of Patočkova Street and Pod Královkou. The design follows the character of the surrounding interwar residential development while extending Nad Kajetánkou Street. The residential buildings are arranged in four rows, stepping up with the sloping terrain toward the south. The second and fourth rows contain storage spaces, commercial units, and a community room on the ground floor. The remaining rows are partially basemented, with apartments located on the ground floor. On the fourth floor of each row, one apartment is missing to create a shared roof terrace.Parking is provided along the extended street. The complex comprises a total of 119 apartments, all designed as 2-room units with a kitchenette (2+kk) and a floor area of 45.5 m².
