Palace_Ústí nad Labem

This project does not hide its scale; instead, it embraces it as a responsibility toward its surroundings. The monumental mass is defined by a clear rhythm of repeating residential sections that bring order to the area. A key element is the circular fragment, which serves to connect the space and naturally guide pedestrian movement. Although the construction system is strictly rational, it offers flexible apartment layouts without compromising the unity of the whole. The facade reveals the internal structure, giving the large-scale building a human dimension. Furthermore, the project skillfully integrates transport infrastructure, transforming it into a functional part of the urban fabric.
