This building works with a scale that cannot be concealed. It accepts its size as a responsibility toward the city and transforms it into a legible, controlled form. The monumental mass is composed through the assembly of repeating residential units that establish order, rhythm, and continuity. The circular fragment operates as an urban-forming instrument—connecting the site, directing movement, and responding to orientation.
