Annotation

This building works with a scale that cannot be concealed. It accepts its size as a responsibility toward the city and transforms it into a legible, controlled form. The monumental mass is composed through the assembly of repeating residential units that establish order, rhythm, and continuity. The circular fragment operates as an urban-forming instrument—connecting the site, directing movement, and responding to orientation. Apartment variability emerges from a precisely defined system without compromising the unity of the whole. The façade reveals the internal structure of the building, engages the scale of living, and suppresses the anonymity of magnitude. Circulation embedded within the mass absorbs the impact of traffic and transforms it into part of the urban realm.
