Affordable housing Vimperk

The designed apartment building in Vimperk on Nerudova Street is part of the newly conceived urban development on the site of a former brownfield. The building functions as a multifunctional house with a raised courtyard, which gives it a more private character, and a smaller children's group is located on its edge. The first floor houses a café, coworking, community spaces, a bicycle shed and an entrance hall. The second to fourth floors house accessible apartments from 1+1 to 3+kk. The house is divided into two volumes connected by a gallery, creating outdoor social spaces on each floor. The wooden cladding of the facades is inspired by the rich natural landscape of Šumava.
