Wien Rock is designed as a landmark of the former automobile factory site. It is in Vienna, near the new district developing around Seestadt Aspern. Due to the transportation hub situated at location in edge of the 15 min city idea, the building is designed with a dynamic form that corresponds with the busy character of the area.
The building has one main space THE CLIMBING DOME. Every part of this metro station is adapted for climbers. Also, if there is someone for whom a day is not enough, there is possibility to spend a night in marked tent area on climbing wall. For someone who wants more comfort there is hostel with small cabins located in external structure. All around this project there are created seating areas, water elements, and a climbing routes reaching lengths up to 100m.
