Spiral Continuity is a flexible, multifunctional space designed to function as a museum, art gallery, event hall, or for any purpose needed. Its multiple entrances allow the building to be booked by several companies simultaneously without any disruptions. The spiral shape of the building creates pathways that extend across the roof, integrating seamlessly with the surrounding terrain as part of Masarykův okruh. A viewpoint was created at the rooftop that offers views of the whole C section of the track. Since there are no stairs inside the building, vehicles and visitors can access all levels via sloping ramps that follow the spiral design. The spiral slope of the building creates multiple levels, enhancing the sense of movement and continuity throughout the building.
