Annotation
Instead of preserving the unsuitable skeleton of the ÚSTR building, I have opted for controlled deconstruction. From the ruins of the original building, I am salvaging steel columns and openwork beams, which, after professional inspection, will form the self-supporting framework of the new loggias. Reusing materials on site is not only an ecological gesture, but also a rational way to eliminate the costs of transporting and manufacturing new elements.
The apartment building itself has a highly variable layout.
