Revitalization of the Strahov Student Dormitories Proposal of New Multifunctional Collective Blocks

This dormitory project is conceived as an environmentally friendly, student-centered campus that prioritizes sustainability, learning, and social interaction. Surface parking is removed and relocated underground, allowing the ground level to become a green, pedestrian-oriented space with landscaped areas, outdoor study zones, and social spaces. Beyond residential units, the project integrates a research hub and a student library, transforming the dormitory into an active academic environment that supports both individual and collaborative learning. The spatial organization emphasizes clear circulation and accessible common areas, strengthening the connection between living, learning, and social life, while fostering a strong sense of community within a calm and functional campus setting.
