BUBNY - ZÁTORY

The eight-storey apartment building with one floor set back is oriented towards Bubenská Street with its main – western – facade and is part of a new block of apartment buildings. The street facade responds with a protruding bay window to the location of the house at the mouth of Lt. Col. Sochora Street into Bubenská Street and is inspired by the historical functionalist houses of Holešovice. The simple facade contrasts with elongated windows with yellow details of window frames and railings. The building offers a total of 36 residential units available from 1+kk to 4+kk, an active ground floor for commercial use and 36 parking spaces in 3 underground floors with a car elevator.
