It's important to live and not just survive.
Apartment building is located on the corner of the newly formed boulevard at Podbaba railway station and Ve Struhách street. The design combines comfortable living with sunny terraces and comercila areas.
The house is based on the idea of creating a house with a representative façade facing the public space and a sunny terrace oriented to quiet side. The corner is highlighted by a tower-shaped section running along the entire height of the building. The eastern part breaks out into sunny terraces, creating a pleasant place to spend time.
