Administrative building

The proposed office building in the Nové Předlice district of Ústí nad Labem is part of a concept to transform the city's entrance into a clear urban gateway. Thanks to its circular floor plan, the building’s rounded shape optically slims its mass and creates a new landmark within the city’s skyline. The layout is organized around a rectangular core, complemented by flexible workspaces designed as an open landscape office. The facade, featuring ribbed slats of asymmetrical heights above the roofline, gives the object a dynamic vertical expression. Additionally, an active ground floor with three commercial units naturally connects the building with urban life.
