Campus Nexus

Student dormitories in Strahov are perceived as one of the least comfortable forms of student housing due to their outdated appearance and facilities. Except for renovated blocks 4 and 8, they have remained largely unchanged for decades. The rooms lack private sanitary and kitchen facilities, significantly reducing living comfort. Therefore, a revitalization of blocks 5, 6, and 7 was proposed under the name Campus Nexus, forming a five-story student dormitory composed of three interconnected volumes with courtyards, offering modern accommodation for 1,424 students and spaces for public and social use.
