The project is located within the Masaryk Circuit in Brno, in an area where the original landscape character has been gradually suppressed and replaced by a technical, visually grey environment. The proposal responds by reintroducing greenery into the site and treating landscape as the primary form-generating principle of the architecture. The technological centre dedicated to motorsport and Formula 1 development is embedded in the terrain and gently undulates with it. The waviness of the landscape is reflected in the building mass, roofscape, and surrounding public spaces. The terrain lifts to form green tribunes and seating elements, creating informal places for observation, rest, and gathering. Architecture and landscape merge into a continuous, fluid environment shaped by movement.
