On Rohan Island, at the corner of Block D.VI, stands a residential building between the city and its river. A daycare facility is located inside, a school stands across the street. The façade is structured by loggias, while green tiles define the ground floor. The building offers apartments for families as well as individuals. A greenhouse sits on the roof, and on the ground floor residents meet in a community space open to the shared inner courtyard.
