A new cultural and public structure unfolds at the interface between transit infrastructure and the urban fabric of Vienna, on the site of a former Opel factory. Defined by a sculpted hyperbolic-paraboloid shell, it organizes movement, gathering, and performance within a single spatial field that brings together an amphitheatre, public plaza, and concourse spaces. Rather than discrete rooms, the program unfolds beneath a continuous green envelope. Shaped by daylight-responsive design, sound, passive ventilation, integrated water management, and planted surfaces, the space transforms the former industrial site into a climate-adaptive public interior where transit flow becomes spatial, social, and collective exchange.
