Open South

In Vimperk, a new residential building is emerging that connects four floors with open views of the surrounding world while maintaining a sense of calm within. Most apartments are oriented to both north and south, allowing sunlight to gently animate the interiors throughout the day and ensuring that every room is filled with light and fresh air. Upper-floor apartments feature loggias for rest and panoramic views, while ground-floor units include private front gardens—a small piece of nature at home. A sheltered rooftop space invites social gatherings, relaxation, or quiet moments above the town. The building is not merely a place to live, but a small world that brings together comfort, light, and well-being in Vimperk.
