Extension to block 5, 6, 7

The project involves a five-storey extension to the existing blocks 5, 6 and 7, which it connects into one functional complex. The architectural design effectively increases the capacity by 200 residential units (160x 1+kk and 40x 2+kk) for a total of 480 residents. Each apartment provides a high standard in the form of its own bathroom and kitchenette. The typical floor for 96 students is complemented by two social zones, which also serve to provide natural lighting for the interior corridors. A unique element is the loggias of the 1+kk apartments with removable partitions, allowing for variable interconnection of adjacent spaces. The ground floor of the building is reserved for commercial use and entrance facilities.
