Ústí nad Labem. A city shaped by industry, it has faced the decline of certain urban districts and the emergence of socially excluded localities. The proposed residential complex, set in the castle park, aims to help initiate re-urbanization and offer housing that communicates with the city's harsh genius loci through its strict and raw facade. Despite this raw expression, a pleasant living space filled with greenery is created, proving that through a fair and exposed game, high-quality living conditions can be established even in places where it might not seem possible at first glance.
