Palace in Ústí nad Labem

The design of the residential complex in Krásné Březno in Ústí nad Labem is based on the shape of a horseshoe, which gradually closes into a circular form. This creates an interior space where a park is located, serving as a place for meeting and everyday outdoor activities. A path runs through the park and the building itself, connecting the surrounding area and allowing movement through the building. The key theme of the design is the relationship between the building, the park, and the city, where housing, greenery, and the movement of people are connected. The color solutions further support this concept. The blue color unifies the main mass of the building, while the red highlights the upper walkable roofs and give the building a more distinctive character visual lightness.
