“The geometry of the segments forms unique residential sections within a unified whole, enabling eleven distinct approaches to the design of the apartment building itself. This characteristic is reflected in the diversity of façade appearances and colour schemes. The individuality of each segment is further expressed through its height, which, in the urban panorama, creates stepped storeys with a gradual upward progression above the passageways.”
