Urban Puzzle - Bubny

Urban Puzzle is an urban design proposal for the transformation of the Bubny area, based on the principle of assembling diverse urban functions into a coherent and interconnected whole. The project combines commercial spaces, office buildings, and various forms of housing to create a vibrant and functionally balanced neighborhood. Emphasis is placed on an active ground floor with services that support everyday life and encourage natural social interaction. A key element of the proposal is the integration of greenery into the urban structure. Park areas are not treated as isolated elements but form the fundamental framework of the site, connecting individual blocks and shaping the overall spatial organization.
