ÚSTÍ NAD LABEM - PRAŽSKÁ STREET

The project revitalizes the left bank of the Elbe River along Pražská Street, a key gateway to Ústí nad Labem. The proposal introduces new residential, recreational, and sports functions, including apartment buildings with active ground floors, a senior living facility, and sports amenities. The design preserves the site’s industrial heritage and valuable existing greenery while improving accessibility through pedestrian and cycling connections. An integrated flood protection barrier and blue-green infrastructure enhance ecological stability, biodiversity, and the quality of public spaces, strengthening the relationship between the city and the river.
