Annotation

Churches have always served as a place of prayer, spiritual peace and gathering of believers. But with the gradual transformation of the function of religion, its role is changing from the heart of the action to an object that evokes a sense of respect for something that we cannot physically grasp. Today we can interpret the function of the church as a space that accepts everyone, providing education and the possibility of interaction. I connect the historical buildings of the hill with two new buildings of a day center for children from a nearby school and people with mental disabilities. By restoring the original roads, a natural intersection of the old and the new is created, between which I create a public space through green belts, a playground, relaxation areas and pear trees.
