The core architectural concept of the building, designated as T39, is rooted in radical flexibility, modularity, and adaptability. The structure consists of a lightweight steel framework organized within a strict 3×3×3 meter spatial grid, into which individual functional modules—such as facilities, changing rooms, and a bar with a seating area—are inserted. The color palette directly references the sports complex: the primary structure is finished in blue inspired by the adjacent concrete hardcourt, while finer details and fabric shading are rendered in a red-orange hue that mirrors the traditional clay courts. The rooftop of the facility serves as an accessible terrace designed for use as a summer cinema or a dance floor.
