A vessel. A void. A single monumental chamber becomes the spatial and symbolic core of the intervention, connecting the darkness of the earth with the open high above. Throughout the day, light slowly travels across the rough limestone, creating ever-changing atmospheres to reinforce the passage of time and the sensory experience of the space. Vesclis is designed as a universal sanctuary open to both individual and collective occupation, accommodating meditation, ceremonies, concerts, performances, and public gatherings without being tied to a specific religion or institution. Scale is balanced by moments of intimacy and silence, allowing visitors to experience both solitude and collective presence within. The hill itself becomes an acoustic instrument, shaping a sonic environment.
