BranIQ

The project aims to create a high-quality urban structure that fits into the city like a puzzle piece, seamlessly connecting with the surrounding parts of Prague and strengthening the long-term vitality of Braník and the city as a whole. The proposal responds to the area’s specific conditions, such as barriers, terrain, and low-density development, through a compact urban design that respects the existing environment and creates diverse, livable neighborhoods. As a result, BranIQ becomes a fully integrated and vibrant part of Prague, balancing the atmosphere of a quiet suburb with the character of a lively urban district.
