The subject of this studio project is the design documentation for the conversion of the historical 1929 municipal slaughterhouse complex in Hradec Králové into a multifunctional Reuse Hub – a circular economy centre. The project aims to transform the enclosed and neglected site, which recently served as a construction waste dump, into an open and vibrant part of the urban fabric. The architectural concept respects the raw historical envelope of the slaughterhouse while integrating a new social and sustainable program. At its core is a block of shared craft and upcycling workshops with a material bank. The production area connects to a public zone with a showroom,a conference centre,and a community café functioning as a sales gallery. A children's creative centre is located on the 2 floor.
