TERRAZIN

A key element of the Terezín 2050 project is the proposed new tram connection on the Bohušovice – Terezín – Litoměřice axis, which will provide the city with a much-needed railway link, alongside offering the vast and affordable spaces of the fortress to business startups. These measures aim to attract young, educated residents to the aging city, bringing new life to Terezín. Only after the city is gradually repopulated to its existing capacity does the design allow for the construction of single-family homes in designated areas outside the urban core. However, this new development is strictly regulated to prevent urban sprawl and ensure the surrounding landscape retains its picturesque character.
