Z - line

The project introduces the concept of a municipal spa to the Smíchov embankment, set directly into the expanded Vltava riverbed. Designed as a linear industrial structure, the building strictly separates the noise of the busy street from the river-facing relaxation zones. The rational modular structure, exposed vaulted ceilings, and raw corrugated metal reference the industrial memory of the site, while the characteristic volumetric shift in the floor plan defines the main entrance node and organizes the internal circulation.
