PLACE FOR COEXISTENCE- Všehrdova street Prague 1

The project focuses on the transformation of the former hospital complex near the Church of St. John the Baptist Na Prádle in Malá Strana and the design of a new residential building on Všehrdova Street. The reconstructed historic building serves as a senior home with the necessary facilities. The new building completes the street frontage and stabilizes the urban structure of the area. Its active ground floor includes a café, community and coworking spaces that support social interaction and connect public and private space. The upper floors contain apartments designed for intergenerational living. The project also includes an accessible green roof terrace offering shared outdoor space and panoramic views of Prague Castle.
