Kadaň Regulatory Plan

The regulatory plan project for an area on the outskirts of Kadaň was developed based on an urban study prepared within the ATUR course during the previous semester. The regulatory plan establishes the conditions for construction activities carried out within the given area, aiming to achieve the best possible development of the territory. The regulatory plan defines the composition of the development, divided into individual functions according to land use, while also regulating the spatial arrangement of the development within the area.
