Adaptive reuse of a former parking garage
A textile factory that can handle breaking down and sewing 10 to 15 tons of textiles per week, sorting up to 40.
After import, the textiles are sorted, washed, dried, torn, sold, given away OR sewn again and sold/given away. Everything runs on conveyors (belt and frame) and people work on it.
For artists, they are studios/workshops for rent, a multifunctional space that can be adapted to both someone after school and larger groups.
For the public, a cafeteria, a decent fry-up, goulash, bread and chili con carne, it will be better than a technická mezna without a discount :D.
But also a public workshop for workshops xd, lectures and other events. And a few nice rentals on the northern parterre.
