Exhibition of Studio Projects

Annotation

Art Harbor builds upon the historical footprint of former military halls in the Lesser Town riverfront area, transforming Klárov from a transit space into a cultural foreground to Prague Castle. The urban composition follows the axis from Old Town Square, naturally guiding visitors toward the Castle. The art halls are conceived as an open cultural institution. Exhibition halls of varying heights surround a central atrium, forming the calm and luminous heart of the building. The volumetric design responds to the finer grain of Malá Strana and freestanding landmarks such as the Klár Institute for the Blind. The urban study also includes a riverside restaurant and a visitor centre in Holubička Park, strengthening the site’s cultural and recreational potential.
