Sun baths

The design of the spa complex builds on the historical significance of Stará Boleslav and revives the spa tradition within the former Houštka area. The project creates a space for physical regeneration, mental relaxation, and spiritual retreat in close connection with nature. Surrounded by a forest park and a branch of the Elbe River, the site offers a peaceful environment suitable for healing, relaxation, and meditation. An important part of the concept is the reinterpretation of the original sun baths. The design works with natural daylight and the power of the sun as elements supporting inner balance and regeneration. The complex includes spaces for meditation, rest, and recreational activities, while the restoration of the original buildings brings new life to the neglected site.
