Rising above the endless movement of Shenzhen, BAMBOOPER transforms the idea of a skyscraper into a place of calm. Inspired by the resilience and elegance of square bamboo, the tower becomes a vertical sanctuary designed for rest, healing and reconnection.
Inside its 50 floors, visitors move through four layers of regeneration: a public library, SPA, hotel and a botanical garden suspended above the city. Wrapped in a beige steel diagrid exoskeleton, the building mimics the segmented structure of bamboo while creating a strong and lightweight identity within the skyline.
