The project proposes a hybrid skyscraper in Shenzhen conceived as a vertical conference hub. Combining conference spaces, showrooms, hospitality, wellness, restaurants, hotel functions, and social areas, it redefines the workplace as a space for exchange, networking, and shared experiences. Connected through skylobbies, voids, and internal staircases, the tower creates a dynamic vertical ecosystem organized around a compact central core.
