Annotation
VALO is an interior lighting fixture that reinterprets the Fresnel lens—a technical component commonly used in locomotive headlights. It shifts this element from an industrial context into a residential space and uncovers its new potential as ambient lighting. Combined with shaped bent sheet metal and an opal diffuser, the result is an object that blends technical aesthetics with a subtle atmosphere and delivers a distinctive lighting character.
