Kolejní Street on the CTU campus was originally used primarily as a parking area. Kolejni Street Spot project transforms it through the principles of tactical urbanism. By removing parked cars, the street becomes a place for gathering, play, and short-term relaxation for students, passers-by, and the wider public. Through a series of simple and low-cost interventions, a new urban playground has been created. A distinctive colour scheme defines areas for table tennis, basketball, football, and skateboarding elements. The street has thus gained a new layer of use, demonstrating how an ordinary traffic space can be reclaimed and adapted to serve people and support everyday social life.
